Refund policy

We expect to produce a quality product for you, every time! If any item purchased from our store is defective, we offer a 14-day “No Questions Asked, Money-Back Guarantee.”

Returns are not accepted on digital items, nor on printed items that arrive undamaged as your order has been printed specifically for you.

If you receive a defective item, we will offer a replacement, or a refund. We ask that you contact us about the problem within two weeks (14 days) of receiving it.
